At Advaid Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes through our trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on your location:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery delays may occur during festivals, weather issues, or courier disruptions.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on selected/prepaid orders (if applicable).
Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before payment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible locations.
For high-value or suspicious orders, our team may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/Email so you can monitor your delivery status.

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof for quick assistance.
